    • Wind Shot: Cooldown reduced from 15 to 12 seconds. AoE explosion radius increased to 375.
    • Target Lock: Received damage reduced from 30% to 10%.

    • Deadly Pull: PvP cooldown — 7 sec, PvE — 3 sec.
    • Hellfire: Max targets — 20.
    • Lightning Wipeout: PvE cooldown reduced from 4 to 3 seconds.
